Reunification Therapy

Reunification therapy requires a lot of time and patience, typically ranging anywhere from five months to a year. I must be provided with all the custody paperwork prior to starting sessions. Written consent from both parties and clear guidelines are crucial to present misunderstandings and liability issues.

The degree of success for reunification therapy can be, and often is, impeded by lack of support or divisive coaching from an opposing parent or guardian. For better and faster results, parents should be encouraging and supportive of the process.

Appearing in Court

For a fee, I am available to appear in court at a client’s request. I accept subpoenas by email or fax.

Fees and Cancelations

Reunification Therapy $250 per 50-minute session
Court Appearance $1600 per court appearance

Charges may include:

• Time required to give testimony or file court documents
• Preparation time
• Phone calls related to court case
• Travel time and transportation
• Any and all legal fees and costs incurred as a result of legal action

Payments must be paid in full at least 10 business days before the court date. To receive a refund, I must be notified of a cancelation or change in testimony date within 72 hours. In the case of inadequate notice, fees are nonrefundable.
