Raymond Chung, M.S., LMFT
Clinical Supervisor
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #106455)
My supervisory approach is collaborative, reflective, and growth-oriented, with a strong emphasis on clinical discernment, professional identity formation, and ethical integrity. The therapeutic modalities I draw from include Trauma-Informed Therapy as an EMDR-trained clinician, Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Attachment-Based therapy, Family Systems approaches, Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic frameworks, Relational and Person-Centered therapy techniques, and work grounded in an Addiction Framework.
At the core of my work is the belief that meaningful change occurs when clinicians feel supported and clients feel deeply understood. Through intentional supervision and compassionate clinical care, I strive to cultivate clarity, accountability, emotional insight, and sustainable growth, upholding the mission of shrinking the problem one session at a time.
